English cops were pretty fun to draw on account of their crazy hats. I wish our police were forced to wear ridiculous attire like that! Whats up with those 'bobby' hats anyway? Why are they so huge, and what are they keeping in there? Surely their heads aren't that large!At least they don't promote gun use though....only mase, billy clubs and tazers...much more fun when you have to deal with those drunken scallies!
