This was actually yesterdays hero sketch...todays is underway.

Also...If you've never checked out the work of Adam Phillips' "Bitey Castle" animations...you need to! Dude must have time up the wazoo to produce these things...Either that or he doesn't sleep. Amazing work though...great staging, colours, sound, design and animation. Check it out if you haven't.
