Hey there kiddies... sorry this posting is more of the photo genre, but at least there are still drawings in it! I just wanted to let you all know I'm workin away at getting the Agent Orange story done for POPGUN volume 4. I thought I'd give you an inside look into my little world of back aches and wrist cramps!
I also wanted to give you guys this link from an inspiring article entitled - 7 Creative Principles by John Lasseter. Very good advice. Have a great weekend everyone!

ReplyDeleteVery nice studio :)
ReplyDeletedude good luck with the Popgun thing. I love the character designs you've got. Also, many thanks for the "7 creative principles" those were really helpful as well.
ReplyDeleteAs for the brush I used to make the drawing. It's just a photoshop square brush that is rotated to sit at a 45 degree-ish angle. Then you make the size pressure sensitive and add a little spacing to it. If you don't get the desired results I can just send you all the brushes I use. Let me know man!
Oh, and let me know if you're using anything cool and exciting!?
take care,
-Tamte
thank you very much, darren, for the visit, and for your kind words! :)

Whoa, thanks for posting this. I had a chance to interview JL and the best question I could come up with was, 'what inspires the sincerity in your films.' Reading this makes me wish I had a second chance to ask questions :P
