I don't really know what this thing would be used for exactly, but I'm sure that it could be put to some good use somewhere.

    hmhmhm..
    i cant unsee the shark-fin-thing on the last part..
    so he COULD be a device to fake shark invested water to get rid of tourists made by the people who want the beach empty!

    I think it would be a perfect lego-foot-injury prevention system. Easily finding lego blocks before one steps on it bare foot.
