Here is a quick weekend sketch that I coloured. Nothing too exciting... still workin away on Agent Orange and finding the right printer... much longer process than I first expected!

In other news... this "tagged" thing seems to be going around quite quickly and Chris Deboda lovingly tagged me. (He's now on my 'people to destroy' list)

Tag rules
-You must link to the individual who tagged you and post the rules of TAG.
-Post 7 random facts about you.
-Tag 7 bloggers and link to them.
-Let them know that they have been tagged by leaving a message on their blog.

Random facts about me:
1. I cut my own hair.
2. I love robots.
3. I prefer cats over dogs.
4. I find it annoying how American Football is called Football, when really Soccer
is Football, seeing as you actually use your feet to kick the ball the whole game,
whereas the US game (which is more like rugby) would be better named - Throw and catch.
5. I came up Agent Orange while serving a mission in England.
6. I don't watch R rated movies (or hardly anything over PG these days!!)
7. I don't swear, drink, smoke or do drugs.

And the following artists have now been tagged :
1 - Jake Parker
2 - James Walsh
3 - Steve Lambe
4 - Tobias Kwan
5 - Lettie Lo
6 -
Graham Annable
7 - Scott Campbell

On another side note, Astro Boy Teaser. Hope this movie doesn't suck too bad... but I'm guessing it will be on low par with movies like TMNT. Not awesome, but I suppose not complete flops either. We'll see.

  1. Wicked textures!

I heard about Astro Boy being made into a film 4 years ago...then the plug was pulled.

After seeing the recent trailer, I really hope the studios take care of
    this classic story and animation!!!

  11. A missionary? All the way! And for the same church too! Switzerland was awesome! (I just used way more exclamation points than I had planned on. I probably filled my daily quota.) Some day, if you're ever not busy, I'll have to pick your brain about your work and how you got so stinkin' awesome.

You've got some amazingly cool stuff on your blog. Glad you're blogging, so I can see your stuff.

    Random facts:
    4) Couldn't agree more... and I'm an American. Go figure.
    5) 'The Chrome-Man' was a nickname I acquired in the MTC. Funny how that works.
    7) Why would you do those things? So you can be miserable? I never understood why you'd choose that lifestyle. Guess it's not for me to figure out.

Merry Christmas Darren, and Happy 2009!
